OUR REFUND POLICY
CC Publications products are produced as limited editions with constraints on our time to produce them. Most of the booklets and magazines are produced on an order-first basis in order that we don't over-order with printers. However, sometimes there is an unavoidable delay between advertising and production. Please be aware of this when ordering. CCP is basically a one-man band. However we want to STRESS that it is YOUR RIGHT to ask for a refund whenever you wish if you are unhappy with the delay for any product. We are only too happy to refund you. Also, we are quite happy for customers to ask that their payment for late orders be transferred to other products. In short we want to make you HAPPY! so if you wish monies already paid for late delivery or orders be transferred to magazine subscriptions or other products or if you wish to have a simple refund, then please contact us on warriorstfc@aol.com and mark your email 'refund'.
